Sami’s Signature Getaways acts as an agent only. Bookings are made through InteleTravel UK and fulfilled by approved supplier partners (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators).

I do not own, operate, or control the travel services booked. Responsibility for the performance of your arrangements rests with the supplier.

2. Financial Protection

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive packages offered are protected by the ATOL scheme via supplier partners.

InteleTravel UK is a Member of ABTA, giving you access to ABTA’s Code of Conduct and assistance.

⚠️ ATOL and ABTA protection does not apply to all travel services. The protection that applies will be confirmed on your booking documents.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Payments are processed securely via InteleTravel UK.

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the cancellation, amendment, and refund policies that apply to your booking.

4. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an issue while travelling, you must report it immediately to the supplier or their local representative.
If unresolved, contact your Independent Travel Agent and copy InteleTravel Customer Services at [email protected].

If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves an ABTA Member, you may use ABTA’s ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. See abta.com.
